1. Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, USA
This school has campuses located in Boulder, Colorado, and Austin, Texas. At its various campuses, this accredited school offers diploma and degree programs specializing in culinary and pastry arts education.
The school encourages students to respect local resources and sustainable practices as well as teaching them where the foods they prepare come from according to the farm-to-table philosophy.
