CHICKEN LOLLIPOP
INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken drum sticks
Oil as needed
¼ tbsp. Ginger garlic paste
½ tbsp. red chilly powder
½ tsp. garam masala
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. corn flour
1 medium onion, chopped
¾ tbsp. ginger, chopped
¾ tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
¾ tbsp. red chillly powder or paste
1 tsp. sugar
½ cup water
Chopped corriander leaves for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
2. Add corn flour.
3. Fry or grill the chicken in oven until cooked.
4. In a hot pan add 1.5 tsp oil for seasoning and heat it.
5. Sauté ginger garlic until aroma start to come. Fry onions until translucent. While the onions fry, make a paste of red chilly powder with 1.5 tbsp. water.
6. Add vinegar and soya sauce.
7. Add red chili paste and sugar. Cook for a while.
8. Add water and cook till the sauce thickens.
9. Add drum sticks and toss.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with mint sauce and red chilly sauce.
