If you are the one who are sicked of typical egg on toast or avocado on toast or cereal with milk for your breakfast . You are looking for colourful breakfast for boosting your day. ACAI BOWL could be your choice and you can play around with styling your dish also there is easy way to make it at home. You just only 1 equipment tool which is blender. Acai bowl contain lots of antioxidant , fiber and and healthy monounsaturated fats. You can buy açai pulp in supermarket at frozen fruit section.

Ingredients

  • 1 full hand of frozen banana chunks
  • 1 full hand of frozen mango chunks
  • One packets frozen unsweetened açai berry purée
  • 1 table spoon of chocolate syrup
  • 20 ml of coconut water

Method

  • Mixing all ingredients in your blender until it mix well
  • Pour in your bowl
  • Garnishes with granola and fresh fruit.
