World’s best chef Massimo Bottura is going to host an event “social gastronomy” on 24 July, the same day that the Basque Culinary World Prize 2018 will be awarded. Chefs, artists, writers, filmmakers and scientists from around the world will be gathered together in Modena, Italy to attend this event.
The conference, organised along with the Basque Culinary Center and the Basque Government, has been planned to allow the sharing of the power of ideas, the strength of culture, the impact of science, the influence of art, and the new ways of connecting people through gastronomy.
Guests will be able to join some of the world’s most influential chefs like Michael Bras (France), Joan Roca (Spain), Andoni Luis Aduriz (Spain), Gastón Acurio (Peru), Dominique Crenn (USA), and Yoshihiro Narisawa (Japan) who will also have input into how gastronomy has become part of a social movement.
