1 no. big chicken breast, thinly sliced breadthwise
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 ½ red chilly sauce
1 tbsp. HP sauce
½ tbsp. tomato ketchup
½ lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Spring onion, chopped for garnish
Refined flour to coat chicken
1. In a mixing bowl take soya sauce, chilly sauce, HP sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, ginger and garlic, mix well. Emulsify olive oil in it. Adjust seasoning by adding salt.
2. Add chicken into marination, marinate and keep refrigerated for atleast 2 hours.
3. Now in a very hot pan add oil, coat chicken slices with refined flour and sear from both sides until brown very carefully.
4. Place chicken on some nice plate. Garnish with spring onions and lemon wedges. Serve hot with chilly sauce or with some other spicy sauce.
