HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE GRANOLA
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
1/4 Cup Stevia Powder
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Chocolate Flavour Protein Powder
1/8 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
3 tsp. Almond Butter, melted
3 tsp. Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper sprayed with cooking oil. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add all the wet ingredients together and mix well, except chocolate chips. Mix until the oats are moist and clumps begin to form.
- Pour this mixture on lined baking sheet and spread out evenly.
- Bake the mixture for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and stir with a fork. Add chocolate chips and return the baking sheet back in the oven for additional 15 minutes. Take out the baking sheet out of the oven, stir the mixture with fork. Let it sit outside until its completely cool. It will start to harden as it cools. Store the prepared granola in an air tight container and store in a cool and dry place. Use it under 2 weeks.
