If you’re planing to organise a feast for your guests or friends in New Delhi, NCR, then “Cosmo Palate” is the name you should look forward to. A high-end luxury catering company that started in 2015. It is a passionate initiative of Chef Vidhu Sethi Rawat, who worked with Oberoi hotels and resorts for almost 9 years. It came about with Chef Vidhu’s budding interest in organizing out-door caterings and events during her stint with Oberoi hotels. The dynamic nature of these events gave an opportunity to Chef to create wonderful dining experiences each time.
This inspired her to start her own catering company and thus began the journey of Cosmo Palate, which caters to the Cosmopolitan Palate of today’s well-travelled foodies, who are always on the look out for throwing a stand- out party. Their event size is small, ranging from 10-150 people. But most of their parties are the 20-30 group size.
Chef’s core specialization is Continental European cuisine. From beautifully crafted canapes, cheese boards and antipastis to home-made pastas, interesting salads, Roasts and formal wine dinners. They do it all! They also do great modern Pan Asian food with our famous 5 spice braised sticky lamb, chicken gyozas and steamed Thai fish being crowd- pullers.
Their repertoire for local flavours is no less, as They bring in expertise from different regions of India and focus on serving authentic dishes from Rajasthan, Punjab, killer biryani and chaat from dilli 6 and flavour bomb dishes from our Southern states. The key is to keep it simple and healthy at the same time. They have a small base kitchen at centrally located Anand Niketan, in New Delhi. To make sure the food is fresh, their Chefs give the finishing touches to the food at the venue. Since food alone cannot create an experience, they look after all aspects of catering like the wait staff, bartenders, crockery and glassware etc. and also a bit of dining decor to create an ambience.
They as a catering company focus on taste, freshness and quality ingredients first and foremost. Their Chefs draw inspiration from seasonal produce and add their modern and innovative twists to presentation. In short, they just love what they do and hope you do too !!
