PARMA WRAPPED PEPPERONI STUFFED CHICKEN
2 nos. chicken breast, 150 gms each
28 slices of peperoni
4 tbsp. pizza sauce
60 gms. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 very long slices of Parma ham
4 nos. fresh basil leaves
- Beat chicken whole breast into thin medium thin sheets. Now on one chicken breast and spread 6 slices of peperoni in middle. Put 15 gms. of grated mozzarella on peperoni and on cheese spread 1 tbsp. pizza sauce. On top of pizza sauce spread 6 slices of peperoni and fold the chicken by covering peperoni and cheese mixture. Now with the help of 2 parma ham slices wrap the whole stuffed chicken breast. Keep on a baking pan and put 1 tbsp. of pizza sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle 15 gms. grated cheese on sauce.
- Repeat the same method with another chicken breast. Bake for 25 minutes on 180 degrees centigrade in a preheated oven.
- Serve hot with some nice sauce and sautéed vegetables.
