PARMA WRAPPED PEPPERONI STUFFED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

2 nos. chicken breast, 150 gms each

28 slices of peperoni

4 tbsp. pizza sauce

60 gms. Mozzarella cheese, grated

4 very long slices of Parma ham

4 nos. fresh basil leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat chicken whole breast into thin medium thin sheets. Now on one chicken breast and spread 6 slices of peperoni in middle. Put 15 gms. of grated mozzarella on peperoni and on cheese spread 1 tbsp. pizza sauce. On top of pizza sauce spread 6 slices of peperoni and fold the chicken by covering peperoni and cheese mixture. Now with the help of 2 parma ham slices wrap the whole stuffed chicken breast. Keep on a baking pan and put 1 tbsp. of pizza sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle 15 gms. grated cheese on sauce.
  2. Repeat the same method with another chicken breast. Bake for 25 minutes on 180 degrees centigrade in a preheated oven.
  3. Serve hot with some nice sauce and sautéed vegetables.
