In London an upcoming event Opinionated About Dining will be presenting impressive spread of events to pull the attention of cities food lover. From pop-up restaurants to unique chef collaborations this is one week you don’t want to miss out. This event is scheduled from 16th April to 23 April.

With a week-long package of 8 dinners and 2 lunches, an impressive 38 chefs will gather on the capital to cook. The crowning glory being the announcement of OAD’s Top 100+ European Restaurants Announcement on 23 April followed by a themed dinner: The Great Roast.

A host of Britain’s finest chefs plus a selection of Europe’s most respected will be in town to cook the elaborate multi course menu dinner of langoustines, lamb, chicken and duck plus a trolley service of 30-day aged prime beef served with all the trimmings. Tickets are £400 on website of OAD.

British chefs participating at the banquet include Isaac McHale (The Clove Club), James Knappett (Kitchen Table), Merlin Labron-Johnson (Clipstone and Portland), Simon Rogan (L’Enclume, Aulis and Roganic) and Stephen Harris (The Sportsman) whilst Alain Weissgerber (Taubenkobel), Angel Leon (Aponiente), Bjorn Frantzen (Restaurant Frantzen), Christian Bau (Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau), Jonnie Boer (De Librije), Kobe Desramaults (Chambre Séparée) and Poul Andrias Ziska (Koks) will be representing the best of Europe’s fine-dining scene.

There are a number of other exciting events are planned including Japan meets Iceland, an evening of wagyu beef tasting and the New to the List Dinner where 13 of Europe’s top chefs cook the future of European cuisine.
