CHILLY GARLIC MUSHROOM

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. oil

50 gms. butter

6 cloves garlic, crushed

1 red Thai chilly, finely chopped

1 kg button mushroom

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large sauté pan.
  2. Put garlic, chilly and mushrooms. Stir fry on high flame until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
  4. Serve hot.
