CHILLY GARLIC MUSHROOM
6 tbsp. oil
50 gms. butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red Thai chilly, finely chopped
1 kg button mushroom
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Salt to taste
- Heat oil and butter in a large sauté pan.
- Put garlic, chilly and mushrooms. Stir fry on high flame until mushrooms are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
