TAWA MASALA POMPRET
2 nos. medium size pompret fillets
1 tsp. red chilly powder
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. tandoori masala
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
- Marinate pompret fillets with all the spices and lemon juice.
- Now on a hot nonstick pan put some oil and sear pompret from both sides until cook.
- Serve hot on a nice plate with some lachcha onions and mint sauce.
