Chicken Quesadilla




1 chicken breast, marinated, grilled & cut into small dices

1 cup tomato salsa (see dips, sauces & accompaniments for recipe)

1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese

4 nos. flour tortilla

Olive oil for cooking

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


  1. Take flour tortilla, spread some cheese on it. Spread chicken dices and salsa then cover with more cheese. Place another tortilla on it.
  2. Heat a flat nonstick pan, put oil it. Cook quesadilla on it from both sides until golden brown from both sides.
  3. Remove from pan, cut into desired slices and serve hot with tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
