1 chicken breast, marinated, grilled & cut into small dices
1 cup tomato salsa (see dips, sauces & accompaniments for recipe)
1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
4 nos. flour tortilla
Olive oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
- Take flour tortilla, spread some cheese on it. Spread chicken dices and salsa then cover with more cheese. Place another tortilla on it.
- Heat a flat nonstick pan, put oil it. Cook quesadilla on it from both sides until golden brown from both sides.
- Remove from pan, cut into desired slices and serve hot with tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
