Mushroom Crostini

Mushroom cooked with cheese fondue served on the slice of toasted garlic bread



250 gms. Mushroom, thinly sliced

½ tbsp. chopped garlic

½ tbsp. butter

1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

45 ml fresh cream

2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

7-8 garlic bread slices (for recipe see garlic bread)

Parsley leaves for garnish


  1. In a hot sauté pan take butter add garlic, stir until lightly brown, add mushrooms and thyme and sauté until properly cooked and water completely evaporate. Add cream and cook for more 5 minutes, season with salt & pepper. Remove from the flame and add parmesan cheese and mix well.
  2. Now on hot garlic bread slice place equal quantity of mushroom mixture and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve immediately.
