Mushroom cooked with cheese fondue served on the slice of toasted garlic bread
250 gms. Mushroom, thinly sliced
½ tbsp. chopped garlic
½ tbsp. butter
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
45 ml fresh cream
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
7-8 garlic bread slices (for recipe see garlic bread)
Parsley leaves for garnish
- In a hot sauté pan take butter add garlic, stir until lightly brown, add mushrooms and thyme and sauté until properly cooked and water completely evaporate. Add cream and cook for more 5 minutes, season with salt & pepper. Remove from the flame and add parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Now on hot garlic bread slice place equal quantity of mushroom mixture and garnish with parsley leaves. Serve immediately.
