EGYPTIAN TENDERLOIN SKEWERS
Minced tenderloin skewers with tejatski
INGREDIENTS
600 gms. tenderloin mince
1 small white onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
½ handful corriander, finely chopped
1 tsp. toasted cumin
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. allspice powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. ginger paste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Mint sauce (for recipe see dips & sauces)
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together except for mint sauce.
- Make small logs of the mince meat mixture and place them on wooden skewers.
- Now on a hot grill put some oil and grill the skewers until cook.
- Serve hot with mint sauce.
