CHICKEN & BELL PEPPER SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS

200 gms. Chicken leg boneless cut into cubes 1 inch size

½ green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch square shape, deseeded

½ red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch square shape, deseeded

½ yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch square shape, deseeded

2 tbsp. dark soy sauce

1 tbsp. honey

1 inch ginger, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Oil for cooking

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl make a marination by mixing soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and salt. Marinate chicken & bellpepper in the marination.
  2. Assemble marinated chicken & bellpepper nicely in toothpicks.
  3. Now in a hot pan put some oil and cook chicken skewers on it. Serve hot with some spicy sauce when cooked.
