Eleven Madison Park. Our experience of dining at world’s number one.

Last week Culinary News paid its visit to World’s no. 1, Three Michelin starred, a fruit of Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara’s restaurant in New York, Eleven Madison Park.

As this was our second visit to the restaurant, our expectations were quite high from this place and world’s number one reached up to the mark of our satisfaction.

With an Impeccable service from very talented servers and Chefs Eleven Madison Park was a great experience. Wine list was good and the food was amazingly well.

Poached lobster with Chanterelles,  Telfish with parsnip and crème fraiche, Baked squash wrapped in bacon and seaweed served with bacon and seaweed broth, and Honey Glazed duck with braised apple were superbly good. Overall great experience.

We are giving it 4 stars out of 5.
